2. Do I need to work out & diet?

No extreme dieting or workouts are required. But clients who eat balanced meals and stay active typically see better and faster results. We’ll guide you toward sustainable habits that match your lifestyle.

3. Is my insurance accepted?

We do not accept any insurance at Everglow Miami. However, many clients use FSA or HSA cards. Our team is happy to help you explore flexible payment options, including monthly plans through Cherry.

4. What are the side effects?

Some clients experience mild nausea, constipation, or fatigue—especially in the first few weeks. These are usually temporary and manageable. We monitor you closely and adjust your plan if needed.

5. How do I know if this is right for me?

If you’ve struggled to lose weight through diet and exercise alone—or if conditions like PCOS, insulin resistance, or a slowed metabolism are making it harder—GLP-1s may offer the support your body needs. During your consultation, we’ll review your health history, goals, and any concerns to determine if this program is a safe and effective fit for you.
